If, like me, you’re trying to interact with the Calendar in ICS, chances are, you’re going to try to add a calendar in the emulator.
Easier said than done!
For some reason, after adding my Gmail account to the Settings, the emails synced, but not the Calendar.
Probably a bug, maybe not, it doesn’t matter: there is a workaround.
The only way to do it seems to add your Gmail account as an Exchange account and then change some connection details.
You need to enable SSL certificates and change the server name to m.google.com.
Your settings screens should look something like this:
Now go back to the calendars and you’ll see your calendar synchronized.
